2-Day Sourdough + Pie Workshop

The world of sourdough is vast and magical -- at this 2-Day Workshop you will learn the basics of baking with sourdough through hands on work. Each student takes home all of the products that they produce, including fresh loaves of sourdough and a seasonal pie made with a pastry crust that utilizes the flavour potential in a healthy sourdough starter. We will discuss wild yeast, the benefit of fermenting flour, and how you can use and maintain your take-home starter. You will leave with some new-found knowledge and confidence to continue your sourdough baking adventures at home. More info and booking available through website.
